Practice Summary:
Mr. Cunningham is an attorney with Sonnenberg & Anderson. His practice concentrates on the representation of importers facing numerous issues of compliance with U.S. Customs and other import/export related laws. These issues include the classification and valuation of merchandise, country of origin marking, “Made in USA” claims, antidumping and countervailing duty investigations, exporting products from the United States, intellectual property enforcement at the border, Customs audits, investigations, and penalty proceedings.
Mr. Cunningham litigates cases before the Court of International Trade as well as before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
